Open Air Performance Series
The Open Air Performance Series brings dance, comedy, physical theater, and music into Occidental Park. Stimulate Dance will transform the park into art, and the art becomes a communal experience rather than a spectacle in which viewed and viewer are cut off from each other. They will create a temporary comfortable place to relax and watch the show that is not private but gives a sense of enclose – with chairs, inflatable furniture, hanging lights, and curtain “walls”.

Stimulate Dance is a professional contemporary dance-theater company with a mission of creating accessible art in social spaces that is designed for a wide range of audiences to enjoy. "Open Air Performance Series" is a collection of interactive ambient performances. Audience participations create unexpected environments in the heart of the city.
